Latte Art Grading: the international certification for Latte Art
Mastering the Latte Art technique not only enriches the knowledge base of baristas and coffee specialists, but offers customers a unique visual and taste experience to get the day off to the best possible start.
Barista training is fundamental to us and is a pillar of our philosophy. In addition to the free Latte Art courses, both basic and advanced, offered by our trainers at our headquarters, we give coffee professionals the opportunity to take exams and obtain the prestigious international Latte Art Grading certifications.
The Latte Art Grading System assesses the technical competence of baristas in six levels of difficulty, represented by colors: white, orange, green, red, black and gold. Obtaining these certifications allows one to be placed on the Latte Art Grading roll and demonstrate their professionalism in creating cappuccino cream designs.
If you have already successfully completed our free basic and advanced Latte Art course, you may already have the skills necessary to take the white LAGS certification and thus put yourself to the test right away.
You can then continue to obtain subsequent certifications as well, by training yourself or with the support of our professionals, and taking the exams when you are ready.
