I have treasured the path traced by my father who for 50 years cultivated with passion and determination the importance of quality in the choice of coffee beans, blending and in traditional roasting. This gave rise to an entrepreneurial philosophy based on human value, balance and respect. I wanted to believe in the value of the country of origin  and in the compliance with international rules. State-of-the-art technologies and production systems complement the industriousness of my specialised team in fostering the qualitative expression of a company organised to keep up with the times.

HISTORY

1980
TREVIGNANO

Step by step, my family’s company became a point of reference for local businesses.
It was then in 1980 that we moved production to larger premises, capable of housing innovative machinery and expressing more expertise.
The current production facility in Trevignano is still one of the best known roasting plants in the Veneto region.

PRODUCTION PROCESS

Through our state-of-the-art digital systems the taste and original characteristics of the coffee beans are preserved along the controlled supply chain. Bin guarantees a linear and absolutely transparent processing from roasting to final packaging.

The direct purchase from the countries of origin only takes place after countless samples have been tasted to define the varieties destined for shipment by sea.

From the ports of Trieste and Genoa, the green coffee arrives at the company headquarters in Trevignano (TV) in 60-69 kg jute sacks.

The originally selected coffee is tested again to define its organoleptic characteristics.

Compartmentalised silos divide the different origins of green coffee.

The roasting machine is equipped with dedicated software to manage time and temperature at each phase of roasting.

The roasted coffee is introduced into a celled silo, useful for the composition of recipes based on coffee origin.

The packaging machine uses fully automated processes managed by state-of-the-art computer support.
