Taste after taste, Alessandro Bianchin, together with roaster Sergio, test the various coffees of different origins for an offeringup to the standards of the most demanding connoisseurs. With a small roasting plant, reserved for Manifattura Italiana del Caffè, roasting curves are handcrafted according to the selected coffee origins.
